Welcome to Sourdough Hub
I have a love for making sourdough breads and using locally-sourced and seasonal ingredients to make beautiful bakes. My name is Jennifer and I am married to a British classical musician. We have two children - Martina and James who have a love for music and good food!

My Bakery, Sourdough Hub is at Unit 9, Craven Way, Newmarket, CB8 0BW (next to Open Door). There is plenty of parking and love welcoming people at the bakery. I can now also offer amazing coffees and hot chocolates on top of some wonderful freshly-made bakes.
I will be opening the Bakery on the following dates from 08.30am to 12pm ​​​​
